Technology

• The commercial induction is designed to be able to block radiation, help to protect the health of the cooks.
• Manufactured in line with IGBT Infineon and EGO advanced German technology. 
• With pot compatible detect function, the unit will not generate heat when cookware is not present or removed or the cookware is incompatible.

Detailed design:

•  Voltage range: 380/50HZ/3PH+NE 
•  Digital control panel is adjustable by a sliding bar with 8 levels, minimizes turning on / off, controlling operations.
•  Tempered glass surface, makes it easy for users to clean with just a soft cloth and specialized cleaning solution.
• Surface is embedded with thermal sensor which automatically turn off the electric if it is too hot
• Body casing is made from stainless steel, prevents electromagnetic radiation from components during operation (although very small), protects user's health.
• Power of commercial: 15KW / induction heating plate.
