Structure and working principle of industrial induction cooker

Industrial induction cookers are now commonly used in the kitchens of restaurants, hotels, schools or hospitals. Surely, you have heard a lot about this type of stove, about its outstanding features, but you may not really understand the structure and principle of the kitchen.

So, what are the parts of the industrial induction cooker, and what is the operating principle of the industrial induction cooker?. We invite you to find out through the article below

Structure and working principle of industrial induction cooker

Structure of industrial induction cooker

Each different brand also has a slight difference in structure, today we will learn about the MasterInduc induction cooker brand, an induction cooker brand that is being used commonly in industrial kitchens.

MasterInuduc industrial kitchen has 6 main parts, including: glass surface, fuco current, magnetic field lines, magnetic tray, control panel...

1. Induction cooktop

This is a very important part of the induction cooktop components. The glass surface both helps protect the kitchen body and internal components, while taking on an aesthetic role for the kitchen.

MasterInduc cooktops are usually made from high-grade glass that is heat-resistant, strong-resistant, and limited in cracking and warping. Thanks to that, the cooktop is also very easy to clean, just using a soft cloth can quickly clean away the stains on the kitchen surface.

2. Current fuco

The fuco current is the current generated when the magnetic field line is in direct contact with the pot made of the absorbing material.

We can see the bottom of the pot as the secondary coil with very small resistance, the electrons moving at high speed will collide with each other, thus generating heat and cooking the food inside the pot.

Therefore, pots used with industrial induction cookers must be made from magnetic materials to create a Fuco current.

3. Magnetic field lines

In the structure of the industrial induction cooker, the magnetic field line plays the role of transferring the magnetic field from the magnetic tray to the cooktop, thereby creating the Fuco current.

4. Magnetic tray/coil generates magnetic field

This is a flat coil placed under the stovetop, made from copper threads. The coil creates a constantly changing magnetic field, when electricity flows through the heating plate, it will generate a magnetic field and transfer it to the stovetop.

5. Dashboard

The control panel is considered a communication screen between the kitchen and the chef. The control panel displays information such as power, temperature and error messages when the stove has a problem.

Working principle of industrial induction cooker

In summary, we can understand the operating principle of the induction cooker as follows:

When the power is applied, the magnetic plate will generate a magnetic field and through the magnetic field lines to reach the kitchen surface. When meeting suitable pots (made of magnetic materials), fuco current will be generated and heat generated to heat the food.

Industrial induction cooker is a modern kitchen line that works on the principle of converting electricity into heat to cook food. Depending on the type of product, the device will have other parts such as heat sensor, cooling fan, etc.
